Mixed C&D loads, concrete with heavy soil contamination, loads containing wood, metal (other than embedded rebar), drywall, or any mixed demolition debris. We can often help — but we need to assess it first.
Hazardous materials, asbestos-containing material, treated wood, painted or coated materials (unless confirmed acceptable), household waste, green waste, or any material requiring special handling or disposal.
If you're unsure whether your load qualifies or what the tipping fee will be, call the scale house before you make the trip: 719-424-9797 or email admin@baselandllc.com.

Colorado Springs generates thousands of tons of concrete and asphalt demolition debris every year. Most of it ends up in landfills. We built Baseland Recycling to change that — by processing that material back into usable aggregate products that compete directly with virgin quarry material on price.
We operate a full-service C&D recycling facility at our Sterling Ranch Road yard, with an on-site crusher, screening equipment, and a certified scale. Every load in gets weighed. Every load out gets a weight ticket. No guessing, no estimating.
Our product line is built around what the local construction market actually needs: Class 6 road base that meets CDOT spec, RAP for temporary surfaces and base layers, screened rock for drainage and erosion control, and fill materials that give contractors an economical option for volume requirements.
We also make it easy to drop off C&D material. Clean concrete and asphalt are accepted at no charge — because diverting that material from the landfill is the whole point.
